I'm currently an Associate Broker with Lyon Real Estate in Davis but also spent six years working in real estate finance and eight years as a Certified Residential Appraiser. Juan Ramirez, REALTOR ®
Juan, a real estate agent since 2005 has experience selling homes throughout the Sacramento region. He spent several years working in the Lyon West Sacramento office before moving to the Davis branch . He is a valuable resource when it comes to the local real estate market, staying current with the many changes that are continually taking place and has a wide range of local resources to help people with any aspect of buying or selling a home. Juan enjoys helping people meet their real estate goals and works tirelessly for his clients.
Juan moved to Davis in 2001 because it is a great place to raise a family. Juan's favorite things about Davis are the Farmers' Market, the parks and greenbelts and all the friends he and his family have made here. Prior to a career in real estate, Juan was an assistant JV football coach at Davis High (2003-2005), he also was both a teacher and a substitute teacher and had experience working property management (which he still continues to do). When Juan isn't working you might find him jogging on the Davis greenbelts or volunteering at Cesar Chavez Elementary, Davis' Spanish immersion school where he has two kids attending.
