Bicycling in Davis

Davis has the distinction of being the only city with Platinum status for overall bicycle friendliness as designated by the League of American Bicyclists.  Here is a nice video put together by www.streetfilms.org on what Davis has to offer for recreational cyclists.

While bicycle ridership is declining throughout Davis it still is a very bike and pedestrian friendly community.

Austin is big biking town. the difference with us is that you have to be an athlete to get around this town on a bike, hince Lance Armstraong.
