Here is the most recent Facts and Trends report for Davis Single Family home sales for the past 14 months.  If you would like specific neighborhood information, please let me know.  There were 125 homes for sale in Davis and 64 closed sales.  This indicates that there is less than a two month supply of homes.  Davis is a cyclical market and both new homes coming onto the market and home sales will likely slow in the next few months.
