Two years of Davis Market Activity

Market activity for single family homes in Daivs shows some interesting trends for the past two years.

Inventory which is always seasonal in Davis has decreased and the number of homes selling has remained at similar levels.  Davis has not experienced many short sales or bank foreclosures.  In addition, because this is a university town, the rental market is very strong so sellers who are not motivated to sell either stay in Davis or rent the home.  When looking for a long term strategy of when to buy a house in Davis, there is less competition in the winter, however there are also fewer homes on the market.  Call or email me for specific market trends in your neighborhoods.
